FC vs TC
FC models, like the FC450, are Husqvarna's four-stroke motocross bikes. TC models are the two-stroke motocrossers. Both share a lot with the equivalent KTM SX/SX-F, so parts and servicing knowledge carry across easily.
What to check on a used Husqvarna
- Hours and servicing, same as any four-stroke motocrosser — ask what's been done.
- Clutch feel, since most run a hydraulic clutch like KTM's.
- Suspension seals and the shock linkage for play.
- Frame, bars and radiators for crash damage.
